How to Insert a Paragraph Sign in a Word Document


1. Click 'Start,' then 'All Programs,' then the 'Microsoft Office' folder and finally 'Microsoft Word.'
2. Click the 'Insert' tab, select 'Symbol' from the 'Symbols' section and then click 'More Symbols.'
3. Click the 'Special Characters' tab and select '¶ Paragraph' from the list.
4. Click 'Insert' and then click 'Close' to insert a paragraph sign.
