How to Insert Sound in Word 2007

1. Click 'Insert' on the Microsoft Word 2007 Office Ribbon. Look on the left side of the 'Insert' menu to find 'Object.' Click on it, then click 'Object' again in the drop-down list.
2. Click on the 'Create From File' tab. Click on 'Browse' to locate the audio file that you want to insert into Microsoft Word 2007. Click on the audio file to select it
3. Click 'Open' and then click 'OK' to insert the audio file. You'll see a small graphic appear inside your Word document. Click on the graphic and move it around, if desired. To play the audio, double-click on the graphic.
