How to Create Text in Half Circle in Word Art

1. Open a new document in the Microsoft Office program you want to create Word Art in, and click "Insert" from the top menu. Options for inserting objects such as pictures and text will open in a sub-menu.
2. Look to the "Text" section of the sub-menu and click the "Word Art" button. A window will pop up with several Word Art styles you can choose from.
3. Click the Word Art style you want to use. A window called "Edit Word Art Text" will open.
4. Enter the text you want to stylize with Word Art and click "OK." The text will show up in the Word document with the Word Art style you selected.
5. Click the Word Art text you inserted. You will notice a tab open in the top menu called "Word Art Tools Format" and several options for formatting your Word Art will open in a sub-menu. You can edit the text, change the spacing of the Word Art and change the shape of the Word Art here.
6. Look to the "Word Art Styles" section of the sub-menu and click "Change Shape." A window will open with shape options.
7. Click one of the half circle shapes under the "Follow Path" section of the Change Shape window. You can choose to change the Word Art into a half circle shape with the arch of the circle at the top or bottom of the Word Art. After you select the half circle, you will notice your Word Art change to this shape.
