How to Remove MS Office Registration

1. Click the Windows Start button and select 'Run.'
2. Type 'regedit' (without quotation marks) and press 'OK.'
3. Locate the top-level Registry folder labeled 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.' Click the arrow directly to the left of the folder name to expand it, and then open the following sub-folders: 'SOFTWARE' > 'Microsoft' > 'Office.'
4. Expand the folder labeled '10.0,' '11.0,' or '12.0.' The exact folder label varies, depending on the version of Office installed on your computer. If more than one of these folders is present, expand the folder containing the greatest number of sub-folders.
5. Expand the 'Registration' folder. Click on each of the sub-folders until you find the one that contains the greatest number of Registry keys.
6. Right-click the 'DigitalProductID' and select 'Delete.' Do the same for the key labeled 'ProductID.'
7. Close the Registry Editor. You have successfully removed your Microsoft Office product key.
