How to Change the Color of Individual Bullets and Numbers in Microsoft Publisher

1. Go to View and click on 'Special Characters.' You should see several paragraph markers at the ends of each line in the bulleted list. Paragraph markers look sort of like a backwards P.
2. Highlight the paragraph marker at the end of the line for which you want to change the color of the bullet or number.
3. Go to Format and 'Font.' Choose a color from the dropdown menu in the General section of the box that appears. Or choose 'More Colors' to customize a color or to choose one not shown in the drop-down menu.
4. Click OK. Only the bullet or number for that line of the list should change color.
5. Repeat these steps to change the color of other specific bullets and numbers.
