How to Print Comments Only in MS Word
Word 2010 and 2007
1. Open the document you want to print in MS Word.
2. Select the "Review" tab. Go to the "Tracking" group and choose "Show Markup." Select "Final" or "Original" (for the type of document you're printing) and check the "Comments" option only.
3. Select the "View" tab and choose "Print Layout" to make comment balloons visible on the page.
4. Select the "File" tab and then "Print" to print comments in Word 2010. Choose "Print All Pages" from the "Settings" section and select "Print Markup" from the list.
5. Click the Office button and then "Print" to print comments in Word 2007. The "Print" dialog box opens. Select "Document showing markup" from the "Print what" pull-down menu and click "OK."
Word 2003
6. Open the Word document you want to print.
7. Select "View," "Toolbars" and then "Reviewing" from the toolbar. Click "Show" in the "Reviewing" toolbar. Select "Final" or "Original" (for the type of document you're printing) and check the "Comments" option only.
8. Select "File" and "Print" from the toolbar.
9. Select "Document showing markup" from "Print what" in the "Print" dialog box. Click "OK."
