How to Write Above a Line in MS Word

1. Open MS Word. A new page will open automatically.
2. Press the "Enter" key to move the cursor as far down the page as you want the line to be.
3. Type three hyphens (“-“) and press the "Enter" key. This draws a line on the page and takes the cursor below the line.
4. Press the up arrow button once to move the cursor above the line.
5. Type your text. The text will appear above the line.
