How to Overline in Microsoft Word
1. Open your document in Microsoft Word, and click wherever you want the overline text to appear.
2. Hold the 'Ctrl' key, and press 'F9.' A grayed box, surrounded by brackets, appears.
3. Type 'EQ \x \to(Your overline text)' without the quotes and change 'Your overline text' to the text you want formatted with the overline.
4. Hold the 'Shift' key, and press 'F9' to convert the command to overline text.
