How to Adjust and Change Line Spacing in Microsoft Word


1. Open the Word document in which you need to adjust the spacing. Use your mouse to select the text that needs to be changed.
2. Press the "Ctrl" and "A" keys if you need to select the entire document. Click the "Line Spacing" icon at the bottom of the Paragraph group.
3. Select the type of line spacing you need. The available options include single, 1.5, double, at least, exactly and multiple. Repeat as needed for other sections of your document.
