How to Create a Calendar in Microsoft Word 2003


1. Open the calendar wizard. Click on “File” and then select “New.” A task pane will open to the right; click on “On My Computer.” Select the “Other Documents” tab and then click on “Calendar Wizard.” The wizard will open in a new box. Click on the “Next” button to continue.
2. Determine the style. Select the radial button of the style that you would like and then click on “Next” to continue.
3. Choose the direction and the picture. Select whether you want the calendar to print as a portrait or landscape by clicking on the radial button. Then select whether or not you wish to leave room for a picture. Click on “Next” to continue.
4. Select the date range. On the “Start” field, use the dropdown to select the month, and use the year dropdown menu to select the year. In the “End” field do the same for the ending month and year. Click on the “Next” button to continue.
5. Create the calendar. Click on the “Finish' button to create your calendar.
