How to Draw in Word 2007


1. Open the Microsoft Word 2007 file that you want to draw shapes in. Click on the area of the file where you want to start your drawing.
2. Click on the 'Insert' tab and then click on the 'Shapes' option from the 'Illustrations' group. Click on the 'New Drawing Canvas' option.
3. Click on the 'Format' tab and then click on the 'More' button from the 'Insert Shapes' group.
4. Click on the 'Curve' option below the 'Lines' section and then draw the curve using your mouse.
5. Click on the 'Oval' option below the 'Basic Shapes' section and then hold down the 'Shift' key on your keyboard to draw a circle while you move your mouse in your document.
6. Click on the 'Format' tab again and then click on the 'Shape Fill' option if you want to fill the shape with a solid color. Select the color you want from the palette that appears.
