How to Change Text to Two Columns in Word 2007


1. Open 'Microsoft Word 2007.' Click the 'File' tab on the ribbon, then click 'Open' on the left column; select the file you want to work in, and click 'Open' at the bottom of the dialog box.
2. Click the 'Page Layout' tab.
3. Click the 'Columns' icon, in the Page Setup group.
4. Click 'Two' on the drop-down menu.
