How to Convert PowerPoint to Word 2007


1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint 2007 and the file you want to convert.
2. Select the Microsoft Office Button, then click on 'Publish' and 'Create Handouts in Microsoft Office Word.' The 'Send To Microsoft Office Word' dialog box will open.
3. Choose the page layout of your Word file.
4. Select 'Paste' (save without linking to PowerPoint file) or 'Paste link' (linking saved file to PowerPoint). Then press 'OK.' You will be directed to Word 2007.
5. Select the Microsoft Office Button and click on 'Save.' Name your file in the 'Save As' dialog box and click on 'Save.'
