How to Replace Fonts in Microsoft Word
1. Open Microsoft Word, click the 'File' tab and select 'Open.' Browse to the document whose fonts you want to replace, and double-click the file name.
2. Scroll to the section you want to modify, and highlight it with your cursor. To replace the entire document's font, click the 'Home' tab, click the 'Select' menu on the right side of the ribbon/toolbar and click 'Select All.'
3. Right-click the selected section, and click 'Font.' When the 'Font' window opens, scroll through the options, and double-click a new font, which automatically replaces the highlighted font with the new one.
