How to Change the Font of a Whole Microsoft Word Document at Once

1. Turn on your computer and start the Microsoft Word program from your Programs list.
2. Open the Microsoft Word document whose font you wish to change.
3. Choose the 'Edit' option from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
4. Navigate down to the 'Select All' option and click on it once. This will cause the menu to disappear; you will now be looking at your document, which should appear to be entirely highlighted. Do not click anywhere within the document, or the text will become de-highlighted, and you will have to repeat the previous steps.
5. Using your mouse, click on the 'Font size' drop-down box on your toolbar, until you have located the desired font size for your document. If you don't want to change the font size but only the style, simply skip this step and move onto the next. Once the font size has been changed, if you want to change it again, just click on the drop-down menu and choose a different size.
6. Click on the 'Font style' drop-down box from your toolbar, and scroll through until you locate a font you would like to use. Select your font style by clicking on it; you should see the entire document change instantly to that style. If you wish to pick a new style, simply click again on the 'Font style' drop-down box and choose a new style for your text.
7. Once you have changed the font to the size and style of your choice, move your mouse to anywhere within your document and left-click. You should now see your text de-highlighted, and it should have the new font size and style you have chosen.
8. Click the 'File' option from the menu bar at the top of the screen, then 'Save', to save the new changes to your document. If you don't do this, none of the changes you have made will be retained. (Visit the Resources below for more information on Microsoft Word.)
