How to Edit a Form in Word 2007


1. Click the Windows “Start” button and select “All Programs.”
2. Click the "Microsoft Office" folder to expand.
3. Click on the "Microsoft Word 2007" program link to open the application.
4. Open the “Developer” ribbon by clicking on the "Microsoft Office" button and then clicking the “Word Options” button. Click the “Popular” link and then check the checkbox in front of the “Show Developer Tab in Ribbon” option.
5. Click the "Microsoft Office" button and select the “Open” option. The File Navigator will appear.
6. Navigate to the Word form and click to open.
7. Edit the form using the form controls in the Developer tab of the top ribbon.
8. Click the "Microsoft Office" button and select “Save” to save the changes.
