How to Use PNG Images in a Word Document


1. Open the Microsoft Word document you want to use the PNG images in.
2. Place your cursor at the location in the document where you want to insert the PNG. You can use a PNG as document header, for example, or place an image in the text to emphasize a point.
3. Insert a PNG by clicking 'Insert' in the Ribbon at the top of the Word window. Select 'Picture' in the drop-down menu and 'From File' in the sub-menu. Highlight the appropriate file on your computer and click 'Insert' in the pop-up file menu box.
4. Resize or move the image as desired.
