How Can I Download Microsoft Word Without a Disc?

1. Click the 'Products' tab at office.Microsoft.com. Click the green 'Download a Free Trial' button in the page that opens.
2. Click the green 'Try it now' button beside the suite you wish to download. Your options include Office Home and Student (which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote), Office Home and Business (which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and Outlook) and Office Professional (which includes Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Access and Publisher).
3. Enter your required information, including your email address and name, into the applicable fields in the page that opens. Click 'Continue to Checkout.'
4. Click the green 'Download Now' button to download the suite you selected. Follow the prompts to finish the download and installation process. It's a large file and may take a while to download. When you are done, Microsoft Word (and the other programs in your suite) will be available on your computer. You can use the trial version for 60 days; if you wish to continue using Word after that point, purchase the full version and use its code to activate your version.
