How to Double Space on Microsoft Office Word 2007
1. Open Microsoft Word. Click the 'Home' tab. Under 'Styles,' right-click 'Normal' and click 'Modify.' Under 'Formatting,' select the double-space icon. Click 'OK.
2. Click 'Page Layout' from the menu at the top of the page. There is a small arrow next to 'Paragraph.' Click this arrow to view more options for spacing.
3. Go to the 'Spacing' section. Under 'Line Spacing,' click the arrow to view options for spacing between lines. Select 'Double' and click 'OK.' Everything you type will be double-spaced.
4. Highlight a body of text that you want to double-space. Right-click over the text. A box will pop up with several options. From the list, click 'Paragraph.' Click 'Double Spacing,' then click 'OK.'
