How to Update the Fonts on Microsoft Office

1. Click 'Start' from Windows task bar and then type 'Fonts' in the search box. Click on the 'Fonts' link in the search result page. This will bring a new window that displays all the fonts available from Microsoft. Each font is displayed in a medium sized thumbnail that has the name and a sample of the font style.
2. Double-click on any of the listed thumbnails that represent Microsoft Office fonts. A new window will load up showing text for that font style. You will see 'The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog. 1234567890' repeated in different sizes to illustrate the font type.
3. Click 'Install' at the top of the page to install this font. The new font will now be available in all your Office applications. The font install will initiate immediately, and you will see a dialog box showing the installation progress. Once finished, the pop-up window will inform you the font has been installed. Click 'OK' to exit the window.
