How to Merge Two Tables in Word 2007
1. Open the Word 2007 document.
2. Highlight the cells of the table that you want to merge. Press 'Ctrl' and 'C' together to copy the table.
3. Place the cursor next to the table you want to merge it with, either at the bottom or the top. Click the arrow next to 'Paste,' and click 'Paste by Appending Table.' You can also paste it inside the table as well by clicking the clipboard icon and clicking 'Merge With Existing Table.'
