How to Sort Labels in Word 2007
1. Open Microsoft Office Word 2007, and click on the 'File' tab. Click on the 'Open' button and find and open the document you wish to sort.
2. Click on the 'A-Z' icon in the paragraph area of the 'Home' toolbar in the Word 2007 menu bar.
3. Click the 'Header Row' button in the 'My List has' section.
4. Click on the arrow under the 'Sort by' section to choose your first option.
5. Click on the arrow next to the 'Type' box to choose your type.
6. Click on the arrow next to the 'Using' box to choose method you wish to use.
7. Click the 'Ascending' or 'Descending' button to choose your desired order.
8. Fill in the 'Then by' sections in the same way as the original 'Sort by' section, if you wish to add more sorting parameters.
