How to Double Space a Paper on Microsoft Office Word 2007

1. Open Microsoft Word using the "Start" menu or the shortcut on the desktop. Click the Office button and select the "Open" option.
2. Navigate to the location of your paper, click on it and click "Open." Press the "Ctrl" and "A" keys to select the whole document.
3. Click the "Line Spacing" icon in the Paragraph group of the home tab. It looks like a few lines with some arrows next to it. Select the "Double" option to make the whole document double spaced. Click anywhere on the document to deselect your text.
