How to Open Microsoft Word Using the Command Line


1. Click 'Start.' Enter 'CMD' in the search bar at the bottom of the Start menu and press 'Enter' to launch the command prompt.
2. Type 'CD/' and press 'Enter.'
3. Type 'CD Program Files' and press 'Enter' to open the Program Files directory.
4. Type 'CD Microsoft Office' and press 'Enter.'
5. Type 'CD Office14' and press 'Enter.'
6. Type 'Winword.exe' and press 'Enter' to launch Microsoft Word.
