How to Add Microsoft Office Word 6.0


1. Insert the Microsoft Office 6.0 disc into your primary disc drive. If your disc drive is setup for Autoplay, the installation screen will appear. Follow the instructions to install Microsoft Word and skip the rest of this article. If your computer does not use Autoplay, proceed to step 2.
2. Click on the 'Start' button and click on the 'Control Panel' icon.
3. Double-click on the 'Add/Remove Programs' options, this will open the add/remove window.
4. Click on the tab labeled 'Install/Uninstall,' then click on the 'Install' button.
5. Select the disc drive containing your Office installation disk by clicking 'Browse' then click on the 'Next' button. Your computer will now begin installing your software and your operation is complete.
