How to Print an Envelope With Microsoft Word


1. Insert your envelope into the paper tray of your printer. Adjust the paper tray to fit the envelope according to your individual printer's requirements, if necessary.
2. Launch Microsoft Word.
3. Click the "Mailings" tab at the top of the window, then click "Envelopes" in the Create group of the ribbon.
4. Click the "Options" button, then click the drop-down menu under Envelope Size to select the type of envelope onto which you will be printing.
5. Click the "Printing Options" tab at the top of the window, then click the option that corresponds to how you are feeding the envelope into the printer.
6. Click "OK."
7. Type the delivery address of your recipient into the Delivery Address field.
8. Type your return address into the Return Address field.
9. Click "Print."
