How to Replace the Formatting on Word 2007
1. Open a new Word 2007 document.
2. Go to the 'Home' tab in the Ribbon and find the 'Styles' group.
3. Click the small arrow button at the bottom corner of 'Styles' group, under the 'Change Styles' button. This opens the 'Styles' drop-down.
4. Click the 'Manage Styles' icon located at the bottom of the menu, adjacent to the word 'Options.' This opens the 'Manage Styles' window.
5. Go to the 'Set Defaults' tab.
6. Change the font you'd like to use under 'Font.' Change the font size and color under 'Size' and 'Font color.' Go to the 'Paragraph Position' and change the settings you'd like to have if you want any alignment or indentations. Go to 'Paragraph Spacing' to change the spacings between paragraphs.
7. Select the 'New documents based on this template' radio button.
8. Click 'OK' to close.
