How to Convert From Microsoft Office Organization Chart to PowerPoint


1. Open Microsoft PowerPoint via its 'Start' menu icon. This icon is found in the 'All Programs > Microsoft Office' menu.
2. Click 'Office' and then 'Open.' Select your organization chart and then click 'Open.' The data in your organization chart will be broken down into 'slides' in PowerPoint, which you can view by clicking on their thumbnail icons on the left side of the screen. Make any formatting or data adjustments to your document that you need.
3. Click 'Office' and then 'Save As.'
4. Name your new PowerPoint presentation file. Click 'Save' to convert your Microsoft Office organization chart to the PowerPoint format.
