How to Change Office Letterhead for Many Microsoft Word Documents

1. Open the saved Microsoft Word document that contains your original office letterhead.
2. Click the 'View' menu from the top of the document and choose 'Print Layout.'
3. Find the 'Header and Footer' option. Depending on your version of Microsoft Word, this could in the 'View' menu or it could be in the 'Insert' menu. Select 'Header and Footer.'
4. Delete the information from the header that needs to be changed. You can accomplish this by highlighting the information and pressing the 'delete' or 'backspace' keys on your keyboard. The header acts as your letterhead. You may also have office information in the footer that needs to be changed.
5. Type the updated information into the header and the footer if relevant. Save your Word document.
