How to Make a Christmas Card in Microsoft Word

1. Open Microsoft Word.
2. Select the 'File' menu, and then choose the 'Page Setup' option. Select the 'Margins' tab and then click the 'Landscape' picture button. Select the 'Multiple Pages' drop-down menu, select the '2 Pages per Sheet' item from the list displayed and then click the 'OK' button. The page is now setup in card format.
3. Press the 'Ctrl' and 'Enter' keys at the same time to leave the first page blank. Click the 'Format' menu, and then click the 'Font' option. In the window that appears, select a fancy font such as 'Script MT Bold' and then click the 'OK' button.
4. Click the 'Insert' menu, click 'Picture' and then click 'From file.' Navigate to the location of the Christmas picture chosen for the inside of the card, click on the Christmas picture, and then click the 'Insert' button. Click once on the picture that appears in the card document. Move the mouse cursor over one corner of the picture and press the mouse button when the mouse cursor turns into a double-arrow. While holding down the mouse button, move the mouse cursor toward or away from the picture to adjust the size of the picture.
5. Click the space outside the picture and then press the 'Enter' key to position the cursor below the picture. Type your Christmas message.
6. Press the 'Ctrl' key and the 'Enter' key at the same time to move to page 3. Then press 'Ctrl' and 'Enter' again to move to page 4.
7. Insert and resize a picture on page 4 as you did in step 4. Add a Christmas greeting as you did in step 5.
8. Click the 'File' menu, then click 'Save As' in the menu that appears and then browse to the location on the computer where you wish to store the card. Click the 'Save' button.
9. Click the 'File' menu, and then click 'Print.' Select the 'Pages' radio button in the window that appears, and then type '1-2' in the field next to the 'Pages' button. Click 'OK' in the 'Print' window that appears to print the card.
10. Remove the printed page from the printer, and then insert the page upside down in the paper feed tray, oriented so that the pages 3 and 4 print on the back of the paper.
11. Click the 'File' menu, and then click the 'Print' selection. Select the 'Pages' radio button, and then type '3-4' in the box next to the 'Pages' radio button. Click the 'OK' button to print.
12. Remove the printed paper from the printer and fold in half to finish the Christmas card.
