How to Make Spanish Question Marks in Microsoft Word

1. Open Microsoft Word. Create a new document or open a saved document.
2. Move your cursor to the location where you want to insert the question mark. Click once to place the cursor. The blinking cursor appears.
3. Press and hold down the 'Alt,' 'Ctrl' and 'Shift' buttons your keyboard simultaneously.
4. Press and release the '?' key while still holding down the 'Alt,' 'Ctrl' and 'Shift' keys. The Spanish question mark appears in your document at the blinking cursor.
5. Release the 'Alt,' 'Ctrl' and 'Shift' keys.
