How to Make a Venn Diagram Using Word 2003


1. Open the Microsoft Word 2003 file on your computer that you want to add a Venn diagram to. Click on the area in your document where you want the diagram to be added.
2. Click on the “Insert” option from the top toolbar menu and then click on the “Diagram” option. The Diagram Galley dialog box will then appear.
3. Click on the Venn diagram icon, which appears as three shaded circles intersecting one another. Click on the “OK” button.
4. Click on the “Click to add text” portions of the diagram and then type the text you want. Add more shapes to your diagram by clicking on the “Insert Shape” button from the “Diagram” toolbar.
5. Click on the “Layout” option from the “Diagram” toolbar and click on the “Fit Diagram To Contents” option to resize your diagram.
