How to Spell Check Spanish Words in Microsoft


1. Select the Start menu in the bottom left corner of the screen and navigate to 'Programs.' Select 'Microsoft Office Tools' and then select 'Microsoft Office XP Language Settings.'
2. Locate the 'Enabled Languages' tab and then the list of 'Available Languages.' Select 'Spanish' and click 'Add,' then select 'OK.'
3. Restart Microsoft Office or Microsoft Word.
4. Open your Spanish language document. Select the Spell Check button from the toolbar to run the spell check.
