How to Accept or Reject Tracked Changes in a Microsoft Word Document
1. Select the changed text.
2. Go to the Tools menu and select Track Changes.
3. Select Accept or Reject Changes.
4. In the dialog box that appears, use the Accept or Reject buttons to accept or reject the selected changes.
5. To accept or reject more changes, use the Find buttons to go to the previous or next change.
