How to Double Space in Microsoft Word for a Mac
1. Press the 'Command' and 'A' keys to select the entire Word document. If you only want to double-space a portion of the document, click and drag the cursor over the desired text.
2. Select the 'Home' tab in the ribbon at the top of the Microsoft Word program window.
3. Click 'Line Spacing' beneath Paragraph, which appears as vertical arrows pointing in opposite directions next to lines of text. Select '2.0' to change the text to double-spaced.
