In Microsoft Word, How Do I Display the WordArt Gallery?
Insert Option
1. Click the 'Insert' tab on the main ribbon. Insert is located on the left side of the ribbon, next to the 'Home' tab. When 'Insert' is selected, a new toolbar will open.
2. Locate the 'Text' section of the 'Insert' toolbar. The WordArt option is displayed within this section, on the right side. WordArt is identified by a blue uppercase 'A.'
3. Click the arrow under 'WordArt' to activate the drop-down menu. Choose a style and type the text you want to design. Or, if you have already typed the word, you can highlight it and then select a style.
Home Option
4. Select the 'Home' tab of the main ribbon. 'Home' is the first option on the left side of the toolbar after 'File.'
5. Find the WordArt shortcut icon located under the 'Font' section of the 'Home' tab. The WordArt icon is found on the right side of the section, bottom row. WordArt is represented by a white uppercase 'A' with a blue outline.
6. Click the arrow under the WordArt icon to activate the drop-down menu. Choose a style, and type the text you want to design. Or, if you have already typed the word, you can highlight it and then select a style.
