How to Duplicate Macros in Microsoft Word 2007


1. Click the 'Developer' tab and then click 'Visual Basic.'
2. Click the name of the macro you want to copy in the left hand column to open the module.
3. Highlight the code by clicking at the top left and then dragging the cursor to the bottom right.
4. Press 'Ctrl' and 'C' together to copy the code to the Clipboard.
5. Navigate to the Word document to which you want to copy the code. Open the Visual Basic Editor by clicking 'Developer' and then 'Visual Basic.'
6. Click 'Insert' and then click 'New Module.'
7. Click inside the large text box and then click 'Ctrl' and 'V' to paste the code.
