How to Save as an XML in Word 2007
1. Open the Word document you want to save as an XML file.
2. Click the Office button and select 'Save As.' You can select the file type for your document here. The 'Save As' window will open.
3. Click the arrow next to 'Save as type' to view the available file extensions.
4. Select 'Word XML Document' when the file extensions list opens.
5. Enter the name for your document in the box next to 'File name.'
6. Click 'Save' to finish saving your document as an XML document.
