How to Change the Lines Per Page Type Size in an MS Word Document


Font Size
1. Open 'Microsoft Word.' Press 'Ctrl'+'O.' Locate and open an example Microsoft Word document.
2. Press 'Ctrl'+'A' to select all of the text.
3. Click, in the Home tab, the drop-down menu next to the font name (default figure is '12'). Choose your new font size.
Lines Per Page
4. Click the 'Page Layout' tab, then 'Page Setup,' then 'Margins.'
5. Choose one of the template margins and see if it works for your purpose.
6. Click 'Custom Margins' if you want complete control over the margin size. Manipulate the top and bottom margins until you have the number of lines per page you want.
