How to Put a Picture on Top of a Picture in MS Word 07
1. Open Word 2007 and bring up a new document or an existing one.
2. Insert the first picture -- the picture you want to be the bottom picture -- by clicking on 'Insert' in the ribbon, then clicking on 'Picture.' Select a picture from your pictures folder or another folder and click 'Insert.' The picture will be highlighted with an outline in your document.
3. Click anywhere outside the picture until the outline disappears.
4. Click 'Insert' on the ribbon again and select another picture -- the picture you want to be on top -- to insert. The second picture will be inserted below the first picture.
5. Right-click the second picture until a menu appears, select 'Wrap Text' and select 'In front of Text.' The second picture is automatically placed on top of the first. If it is larger than the first picture, it will obscure the picture below it.
6. Click on the top picture and adjust its size, orientation or colors as needed. Click and drag this picture to better position it on top of the first picture. If you adjusted the top picture so that it would be smaller than the bottom picture, you ought to be able to see parts of the bottom picture.
