How to Double


Text Selection Method
1. Click "Start," "All Programs," "OpenOffice.org" and then "OpenOffice.org Writer.
2. Click "File," "Open," browse your computer for the document file you want to double space, click on it and then click "Open."
3. Locate the block of text you wish to double space, click above the text, hold down the mouse button and then drag the mouse down across all of the text so that it is highlighted. Hold down the "Control" key and press "A" to highlight all the text in the document.
4. Right click the highlighted text, point to "Line Spacing" and click "Double."

5. Follow steps 1 and 2 from section 1.
6. Click "Format" and then "Paragraph."
7. Change the dropdown value under "Line Spacing" to "Double" and then click "Ok."
