How to Make Lined Paper With Microsoft Word

1. Open Microsoft Word. Click the File tab at the upper left. Options drop down below this tab.
2. Click "New." Options for a new document appear in the center of the window.
3. Click the "Stationery and Specialty Paper" icon at the bottom of the window.
4. Click the "Lined and Grid Paper" folder. Thumbnails appear of each lined or grid paper template.
5. Double-click your desired lined paper option. The new document opens with this template.
