How to Remove a Draft Document From Word

Remove Draft in Word 2007
1. Open the document containing the draft watermark.
2. Select the 'Page Layout' tab from the ribbon.
3. Choose 'Watermark' from the 'Page Background' group. Then select 'Remove Watermark' from the drop-down list.
Remove Draft in Word 2003
4. Select 'Format,' 'Background' and 'Printed Watermark' from the toolbar.
5. Choose 'No Watermark' in 'Printed Watermark' dialog box.
6. Click 'OK' to remove the draft.
