How To Outline Font In a Different Color In Word 2007
Create a WordArt
1. Click the Insert tab.
2. Click the 'Word Art' icon, in the Text group.
3. Click the top left option on the drop-down menu -- WordArt Style 1.
4. Click the 'Font' field, which at first displays 'Arial Black.' Scroll through the drop-down menu to find the font you want to use.
5. Click the 'Size' field, which at first displays '36.' Scroll up or down in the drop-down Size menu and select a font size.
6. Type the words you want to appear outlined in a different color in the 'Text' field, which at first displays 'Your Text Here.' This space can only fit 200 characters, and all the text will be displayed on one line.
7. Click 'OK' at the bottom of the box.
Create a Colored Outline
8. Click 'Shape Fill' in the WordArt Styles group.
9. Choose a color from the drop-down menu. This color will fill the center of the font, not the outline.
10. Click 'Shape Outline' in the WordArt Styles group.
11. Select a color for the text's outline on the drop-down menu.
