How to Turn on Passive Voice Monitor in Microsoft Word 2007
1. Open Word and click the "Office" button. Choose Word Options from bottom of the pull-down menu.
2. Click Proofing on the left hand side of the Word Options menu.
3. Choose Grammar & Style from the pull-down menu under "When correcting spelling and grammar in Word."
4. Click the "Settings" button next to the pull-down menu beside "Writing Style."
5. Make sure Grammar & Style is selected from the pull-down menu at the top of the Grammar Settings window.
6. Scroll down to the Style heading and check Passive Sentences.
7. Click OK.
