How Can I Have a Word Document With Some Pages in Landscape Some in Portrait?
1. Open the document you want to edit in Microsoft Word.
2. Select 'View' and 'Print Layout' from the toolbar to make the page orientation visible.
3. Make section breaks on your page visible as well by clicking on the 'Show/Hide' button in the 'Standard' toolbar. Alternatively, you can select 'Tools' and 'Options' from the toolbar and click on the 'View' tab, then check 'All' and press 'OK.'
4. Place your cursor at the end of the first page (that will have a different page layout). If you have multiple pages with the same orientation, place your cursor at the end of the series of pages.
5. Insert a section break by clicking on 'Insert' and 'Break.' Select 'Next Page' from the 'Section break types' category and press 'OK.'
6. Place your cursor at the end of the next page where a different layout will be applied. Insert a 'Next Page' section break there as well.
7. Repeat steps four and five until all your pages are updated.
8. Return to the first page in your document and select 'File' and 'Page Setup.' Choose the 'Margins' tab and select 'Landscape' or 'Portrait' for the orientation and click 'OK.'
9. Place your cursor on the page containing the second section break in your document. Repeat step eight to change the orientation, then continue this pattern until each page has the correct layout.
