Can't Remove a Section in Word 2007

1. Switch into "Draft View" by clicking on the button in the "Document Views" section of the "View" tab. Place the cursor right before the break and press the "Delete" or "Backspace" key.
2. Place the cursor in front of the paragraph that occurs after the break. Click the "Paragraph" button on the "Home" tab of the Ribbon. Select the tab that says "Line and Page Breaks" and check the box that says "Keep with next."
3. Save your work and close Word 2007. Open the program back up and try to delete the break again.
