How to Print Grid Lines in MS Word 2007


1. Click "Start" or the Windows button in the lower left corner of the screen, then click "Programs." Scroll to Microsoft Word 2007 and select it.
2. Click the "View" tab at the top of the screen, then select the box next to "Gridlines" which can be found in the "Show/Hide" section.
3. Choose the "Insert" tab at the top of the screen, then click the "Shapes" icon in the "Illustrations" section. Select the first line on the left under the "lines" column.
4. Click on the left side of the grid and drag the line to the right side of the grid so that the line matches up with the grid on the document. Press "Ctrl + C" to copy the line, then "Ctrl + V" to paste the copy on to the sheet. Configure the second line to match the grid on the document. Continue to copy and paste lines until your grid is the desired size.
5. Click on the top of the grid, then drag the line to the bottom of the grid so that it matches up with the grid on the document. Press "Ctrl + C" to copy the line, then "Ctrl + V" to paste the copy on to the sheet. Configure the second line to match the grid on the document. Continue to copy and paste lines until the grid is complete.
6. Click the Office button in the top left corner of the screen, then scroll to the "Print" option and select it. Choose the correct printer, then click the "Ok" button.
