How to Convert PowerPoint to Word in Office 2007
1. Click the 'Office' button in PowerPoint.
2. Select 'Publish' and click 'Create Handouts in Microsoft Office Word.' A new window titled 'Send to Microsoft Office Word' will appear.
3. Choose the page layout you prefer for your Word document. The options are Notes Next to Slides, Blank Lines Next to Slides, Notes Below Slides, Bland Lines Below Slides and Outline Only.
4. Select 'Paste' or 'Paste Link.' If you select 'Paste,' the PowerPoint presentation will convert to Word exactly as you have it. Any future changes to the PowerPoint presentation will not show up in the Word document. If you select 'Paste Link,' the Word document will update with the PowerPoint presentation.
5. Press 'OK.' Word will now open with your PowerPoint slides in the Word document.
