How to Make Two Separate Borders on a Page in Word
1. Click on the 'Page Layout' tab on the ribbon at the top of the screen. Under the 'Page Background' options, select 'Page Borders.'

This option allows you to display a border only on certain pages of your document. To define the border margins, select the 'Options...' button and make changes to the 'Margins' numeric boxes.

5. Right-click on the text box border and select 'Format Shape.' Define the line color, style, shadow and edges. Customize the text properties in the 'Text Box' option by choosing text layout, autofit and internal margins.
